I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I went in for a manicure and pedicure and even provided reference photos for exactly what I wanted on my hands, but the results were nothing like the pictures. I selected two colors; the technician dismissed one as "too light" without even trying a sample on my nail to show me how it looked. For the second color, I specifically requested a French-style cat eye, but the technician did a "C-arc" instead. Despite paying $115, the final look is not what I asked for, and I felt my preferences were ignored throughout the process. I expected much better communication and technical skill for this price point. I won't be returning.

It has been my go-to salon for nearly a decade. It is family-owned, the team is efficient and skilled, very accommodating, and the prices are fair. They use good-quality products and have a reliable schedule. It is truly worth the money.
